From last night’s Newsnight.  Is that is the training manual?

In the sequence shown on Newsnight, a protester was seen shouting “Get off me! Get off me!” with several officers trying to restrain him. Worryingly, one of them appears to smother the student with a gloved hand, which I suppose has the benefit of (a) shutting the annoying little twerp up and (b) make him worry more about breathing than tuition fees.
