A Biplane on Every Desktop
In the 1950s, comic books were considered immoral and indecent.

their offspring to moral decandence, homosexuality and even communism.
One result of this was that comic books were only sold in drugstores.

to a new future. It said:
One day, there will be stores dedicated to comic books!
Yes, in 1999, a boy of the future will be able to
atom-powered scooter out to the
"comic book store" each and every week!
The future is often not an obvious progression of up-and-coming trends.
